"mazochina":还是我来传,毕竟只差一个包了嘛。
这个游戏上传得我很那啥,上传老是失败,加上猫最近老断,用了两天才传完。
"marks":不過MF雖然痳煩,但是小的文件(<100MB)卻不會失敗(分割包除外)你能不能上传任何MF文件的时候都检查一下原始文件和再次下载的文件的hash值,我想证实一个猜想。
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Mediafire.
Can you provide some additional information regarding your uploads? That will help us diagnose the exact issue.
1. What is the file size and type that you are trying to upload? Sometimes with larger files, the chances of the file becoming corrupted during the upload process can increase.
2. Did you have any 3rd party software installed/enabled during the upload process? If so, which ones?
3. When you uploaded the file were you connected directly to the internet through your modem or through a router?
4. Were any of the files in your archive password protected?
There are several reasons that corruption with files can occur when uploading files to our server:
- the corruption occured on your end prior to upload.
- the corruption occurred between your network and our network when the file was transmitted and uploaded.
Have you have run a test to validate that the file is free from corruption prior to upload? If so, more than likely the corruption is occurring during the transfer from your network to our network. Unfortunately, not much can be done regarding this. It does not happen all the time but can occur. The reason we cannot avoid this from occurring is due to data being transmitted over networks. In the process of data transmission is where the corruption can occur.
Have you deleted the corrupted file and then re-uploaded them right away? If so, please ensure that you allow about 4 hours from the time that you delete the file before you re-upload the file. This will ensure that all data is cleared from our servers of the corrupt file ensuring that you will have a new, clean upload. Otherwise, you may unintentionally re-upload the same corrupt file.
This additional information should help us pinpoint the issue for you.
Best Regards,
Karen
